Assistant Dive Coach – Moss Farms Diving


​​About the Role

Moss Farms Diving is looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Dive Coach to help support our team of divers across all levels. This coach will work closely with the head coach to lead practices, encourage athlete growth, and promote an environment rooted in
​faith, character and sport.



What You’ll Do
Help run daily practices for dryland and pool workouts

Teach and demonstrate proper diving skills and safety techniques

Support divers during practices and competitions

Encourage positive attitudes, good sportsmanship, and confidence

Keep open communication with athletes, families, and coaching staff

Assist with team events, meets, and clinics as needed

Maintain a safe, fun, and focused training atmosphere


What We’re Looking For
Experience in diving, either as a coach or former athlete

Ability to work well with kids of all ages and skill levels

Strong communication skills and a team mindset

Willingness to learn and grow as a coach

Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must pass background check and follow Safe Sport guidelines



Schedule & Expectations
Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening practices

Some weekend availability for meets and team events
